I am a volunteer for several rescues and shelters including:  Monmouth County SPCA, Best Friends Animal
Sanctuary, Kanab, Utah, Best Friends New York Chapter, Hilton Head Humane Society, Palmetto Animal League and Howling Woods Wolf Dog
Rescue.  

I am dedicated to the safety and
welfare of dogs and/or cats and would provide outstanding care for your best friends in your home.  I am very particular about
whom I leave my dog and understand the importance of finding the best caregiver for you dog(s), cat(s) and pets.  I will
take care of your furry friends as I do my own.  I have many years of pet sitting experience and would be a valuable asset to your pet care needs.

Joan has been a pet sitter since 2015. Joan will take care of your pets as if they were her own.  She will sit for all breeds, large or small, and cats. 

*Joan and I work together with the clients and their pet's need.  In essence, the client is receiving the services of two pet sitters.  We work as back up for each other.

Services

  • I offer pet sitting in your home:  any breed of dog or cat, young or aging. overnight stays, drop ins or walks.  I will give medication, feed and make sure your pet is well taken care of.
  • I offer transportation service to and from the veterinarian or groomer.  
  • If adopting and you do not have transportation, I will pick up your newly adopted friend and deliver to your home. 
  • Other services: I will bring in your mail, water plants, feed fish, etc.

I am Insured, Bonded and Licensed.  I am also Pet CPR Certified

Each additional pet - $10.00 Holiday rate is an addition $10.00 per drop in/walk

I will stay with your pet overnight or as requested

Sitting in your home and Overnight (if requested)

Until 12 pm on the last day (for overnights). Includes playtime, walking and feeding. Late stays are available if needed

Holiday Rate Overnight

$85.00/Day

Each additional pet is $25.00  

Transportation

$35.00 plus $1.50 ea. mi.

Transportation to and from vet/groomer. Adoption transportation.  Please call for additional information

Pet Sitting in Your Home

While we were away, we received photos and updates that reassured us we had made a great choice with Debra. One of our cats is EXTREMELY shy and timid (a sneeze will send him running to a hiding spot), but Debra was able to make friends with him. Trust us...that's a really big deal!!  While we were on vacation, we ran out of dry cat food (it was our fault!!), but Debra went out of her way to find our specific brand to keep our kitties happy. We can't say enough positive things about Debra - if you're looking for a caring, trustworthy pet sitter, you can't go wrong!
